Her journey started at Century 21, one of the biggest names in real estate, but Vianca had bigger plans. In 2001, she earned her Broker’s license and launched her own brokerage, expanding into mortgage services, property management, and commercial real estate. She even took her expertise global, living and working in Latin America, gaining hands-on experience in international sales and development (and yes, she’s fluent in Spanish!).
Vianca’s passion for exceptional client service has been at the heart of her career. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University and a Master’s in International Business from National University—giving her both the real-world experience and academic expertise to navigate the industry like a pro.
Today, Vianca is a Broker Associate with First Team Real Estate.
